All designs, artwork, concepts, mockups, layouts, graphics, branding elements, and related creative materials produced by Angelini Design Co LLC, a Colorado-based company, are the original intellectual property of Angelini Design Co LLC unless otherwise stated. These materials are created exclusively for the client identified on the corresponding proposal, estimate, invoice, or agreement.

No portion of any design, artwork, concept, or creative material may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, shared, published, sold, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of Angelini Design Co LLC.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, alteration, or distribution of any copyrighted material constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action. Angelini Design Co LLC reserves the right to pursue all remedies available under applicable federal and state copyright laws, including recovery of damages, attorney's fees where permitted, and compensation equal to the full commercial value of the project.

All renderings, digital proofs, mockups, colors, dimensions, materials, finishes, and visual representations are provided for approval purposes only and are considered approximate. Final production may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, material availability, printing methods, lighting conditions, and monitor calibration.

The client is solely responsible for reviewing and approving all submitted artwork prior to production, including but not limited to:

• Spelling, grammar, and punctuation 
• Dimensions and measurements 
• Colors and material selections 
• Layout, placement, and alignment 
• Logos, graphics, and branding 
• Quantities and specifications 

Written approval constitutes acceptance of the artwork as submitted. Once final approval has been provided, Angelini Design Co LLC assumes no responsibility for errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval, including but not limited to spelling, layout, sizing, color, or production specifications.

Production will not begin until both written artwork approval and the required payment (or agreed-upon deposit) have been received.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted ownership and usage rights to the final approved design for its intended purpose, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Angelini Design Co LLC retains the copyright and ownership of all original artwork, concepts, drafts, source files, working files, design processes, and preliminary materials unless those rights are expressly transferred in writing.

Angelini Design Co LLC reserves the right to display completed projects, including photographs, renderings, mockups, and finished products, in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing materials, and promotional publications unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Submission of a deposit or any project payment constitutes acceptance of the proposal, estimate, invoice, and these Terms & Conditions. The client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to proceed with the project under the terms outlined by Angelini Design Co LLC.
